1. Information We Collect

Personal Information

When you register for Nudgedrop, we collect personal information such as your name and email address. If you integrate third-party services like Microsoft OneDrive, we store the necessary authentication tokens to maintain that connection.

Uploaded Files

We process files that you or your clients upload through our service. Depending on your configuration, these files are either stored in our secure cloud storage (Supabase) or directly in your connected OneDrive account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our website and services.
• Process file uploads and organize them into your designated folders.
• Send automated emails and reminders on your behalf.
• Verify file contents using AI (see "AI Processing" below).

3. AI Processing

We use Google Cloud's Vertex AI (Gemini models) to provide optional file verification services. When you enable "AI Verification" for a request:

• The uploaded file content is temporarily processed by the AI model to determine if it matches your description.
• We do not use your data to train these AI models.
• The data is processed ephemerally and is not retained by the AI provider after the analysis is complete.

4. Third-Party Services

Microsoft OneDrive

If you choose to connect your Microsoft account, Nudgedrop requests permission to read and write files to your OneDrive. We only access the specific folders created by or shared with our application. We do not scan your entire drive.

Google Cloud Services

We use Google Cloud Platform for hosting and AI services. Their privacy obligations are governed by the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
